Key Areas of Responsibility:
1.    Integrate end to end product solution (IPTV, HSIA, Networking)
2.    Provide Level 3 and Deployment Support on these solutions
3.    Participate in knowledge sharing – Product Support Portal

Main job tasks:
1)    Technically Integrate product portfolio in a lab environment.
a)    Build and Keep a expertise level knowledge on evolving HoistGroup product portfolio (Internet access, IPTV, WiFi) in close co-working with the R&D Teams
b)    Test product’s installation, features, operations, and fine tune design
c)     Build or contribute building and  maintain efficient and standardized documentation and processes

2)    Provide Level 3 support
a)    Part of the escalation process, as Level 3
b)    Technical expertise in HoistGroup Products (internet access, IPTV, Networking)
c)     Preferred communication channel with Product Development teams

3)    Knowledge sharing
a)    Technical trainings and knowledge sharing
b)    RTO process involvement

Education:
·Technical background
·Fluent in English
.Technical certifications a plus (CCNA, VMWARE or more)
.UNIX/Linux knowledge is a strong plus
