Your Responsibilities:
You will be focused on the support of our PMS software HOTSOF.
PMS HOTSOFT: Support to Hotels about all the different functions and operations of our PMS application.
Key areas of Responsibility:
- Coach and encourage Hotsoft Agents Agents in their daily work, regular know-how transfers, updates and control
- Identify individual/team training and personal development gaps and needs
- Reinforce team cohesion and cooperation and promote company values during interactions with clients, superiors and colleagues
- Assist Management with special projects/tasks, efficiency increase and process optimization
Main job tasks:
- Initial Training of new hiring’s
- Execute daily monitoring, management and optimization of human resources
- Report malfunctioning tools and equipment
- Escalations handling, specifically in terms of processes and management intervention
- Team members’ individual performance
Qualifications
- Management skills
- Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English and Frenh
- Excellent PC skills and a solid knowledge of Internet related applications
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the driver. You are motivated and enjoy being a team-player within an international team and shift work is not a problem for you.
