Job Description

  • Review financial results for projects, provide insights, and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Verify monthly consolidation inputs, steer reporting of overheads and absorption analysis.
  • Manage monthly preparation of Business Unit reviews for a range of subsidiaries within Business Unit including variance analysis of the main financial KPIs.
  • Lead the preparation of business plans and rolling forecasts, and manage analytical frameworks for project types, products, and markets.
  • Contribute to the finance transformation processes, automation of the financial outputs and take active part in the implementation of a new ERP system.

Qualifications

  • Strong competence in data analysis with 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, business or project controlling preferably within large industrial plants construction industry.
  • Financial reporting skills in a project environment, with good commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills using automation tools like Power BI or similar; SAP proficiency and basic IFRS knowledge advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive, customer-oriented, and team-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills across all business levels; basic project management skills are desirable.
