Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the implementation of the Document management module of IFS Cloud across our global.

About the project and future role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the end to end model of our new ERP system together with other functions and Business Process Owners.

Your role in project will have 3 phases:

  1. Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities
  2. Roll out of the ERP globally
  3. Maintain and support the ERP system  

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the Document management module across the organization

  • Conduct Fit Gap Analysis to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Document Management, identifying necessary modifications or customizations.
  • Oversee system configuration, ensuring optimal functionality, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, working closely with document owners and the migration team.
  • Test module functionalities, plan use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with key users.
  • Train key users, oversee end-user training, and participate in internal communication and change management activities.
  • Organize regular meetings for user feedback, provide second-level support, and foster continuous system improvement.
     

Qualifications

Functional and key to success

  • Experience with ERP and Document systems
  • 5 years of experience in an international business environment, ideally within the project or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Influential personality to get ideas across in an understandable way
