Job Description

The Junior Alliance Administrator will be responsible for supporting Hitachi Solutions’ Global Alliance function.
The Alliances team manages our strategic partnership with Microsoft, driving visibility, engagement, and joint activities, with the ultimate goal of identifying and winning new business opportunities.

You will be part of an exciting and dynamic international team, with six team members based in our Sofia office, alongside a wider global network of Alliance Managers across five countries.

In this role, you will support the operational side of the Alliances function by providing administrative assistance to the commercial alliance team. Your responsibilities will include lead administration, financial tracking and reporting, compliance activities, as well as light marketing tasks such as supporting communication campaigns and maintaining internal and external platforms.

You will receive training in these areas to develop strong expertise in the tools, processes, and methods required to manage these activities effectively.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate that is: open to learn and develop themselves; detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent problem-solving abilities.  

Additional qualifications are: 

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English 
  • A track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders 
  • Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented 
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills 
  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks 
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization 
  • Ability to work with remote teams and maintain an unwavering virtual connection presence 
  • Experience working with sales systems and tools such as CRM is an advantage
