Our Hitachi office in Sofia is currently hiring for the position of Human Resources Administrator capable of working closely with our HR team.

Job Description

Human Resources Administrator will be managing the processes held within Human Resources such as the new joiner/leaver process, payroll support and the administration of all inbound queries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for our employees.
  • Employee engagement and employer branding ambassador.
  • Organisation of internal events (CSR, clients visits, team buildings, etc.)
  • Office administration and vendor management.
  • Office based position (1 day home office per week).
  • Sorting and track all queries that come in from managers, employees, and recruitment candidates.
  • Support the new joiner on-boarding process by sending offer documentation, administering employee background checks and sending joining instructions.
  • Complete accurate and timely people actions in our HR Information Systems.
  • Create amendment to contracts for current employees.
  • Ensuring that employee files are kept complete and up to date in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Supporting benefits management.
  • Supporting the payroll administration including new joiner setup and ad-hoc monthly changes.
  • Coordinate exit arrangements and documents for leavers.
