Job Description

We are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for Azure Cloud Engineer to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family. 

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, automate, and monitor various cloud services, Infrastructure as a Service and Platform (IaaS and PaaS).
• Implementing defined Architecture (including Azure Landing Zone) through IaC
• Develop and produce Azure based documentation, including best practice design recommendations for migrations of applications and infrastructure from on-premise to Azure.
• Set up and troubleshoot Azure builds, including but not limited to ARM, SQL, Containers and Azure AD.
• Be a role model by being hands-on and a trusted leader for the rest of the team.
• Follow good methodology & development practices & principles.
• Keep yourself up to date with new cloud technologies and features.

You may be required to travel within France and abroad for the performance of your duties.

You may also be obliged to vary your place of work, either permanently or temporarily, according to business needs.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS
• 2+ years of experience in Azure IaC
• Knowledge of key Azure concepts and principles.
• Experience in participating client-facing workshops.

Essential Skills:

• Azure administration
• Cloud security & authentication
• Cloud management & support
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform)
• Azure Cloud Networking (VNET, VHUB, Firewalling, NSG)
• Azure IaaS
• Azure PaaS
• PowerShell

Preferable Skills:

• Azure certifications (AZ104 & AZ500)
• Azure Migrate
• Azure DevOps
• Cloud Adoption Framework
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
