Project manager roles and responsibilities:

Experience implementing or managing D365 Finance and Operations (Dynamics AX) projects.

Govern multiple projects in a portfolio of projects. Drive the delivery lifecycle to get successful outcomes.

Successfully manage the engagement, maintaining portfolio health and leading a team of delivery professionals.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, responsible for the successful execution of one or more projects at a time, providing guidance, coaching, and project leadership.

Maintaining on track financials and leading communications with stakeholders and the end Customer.

By mentoring and influencing, drive the highest quality and the strongest sense of Customer focus on each project, while helping to achieve both Customer satisfaction and Hitachi & customer targets.

Accurate forecasting and project health status submissions.

Must have good consulting skills, show passion for technology, Ability to prioritise the tasks, removing risks and impediments.

Engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders as a peer, providing subject matter expertise.

Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, tangible outcomes, and high quality.

Managing multiple programs and projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology

Participating in the pre-sales process and being able to articulate the business value proposition associated with the project or change.

Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.

Applying project management standards, compliance and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule and on budget.

Being on top of any commercial aspects of your project or program, driving financial integrity, mentoring other team members as you share your knowledge and experience.
