• Strong Dynamics/Power Platform Knowledge
• Understand Dynamics functional/technical design and develop systems to support both business and technical integration needs
• Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365 CE. 
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies. 
• Take a user-centered approach and rapidly iterate.

• Strong Power Platform Knowledge and Other Technical Aspects in Power Platforms like (Plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate)
• Strong experience in Object-oriented design methodology and application development in C#.NET.
• Experience designing and implementing systems integrating with the .NET application’s API. 
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft technologies. 
• Excellent Knowledge of SOA-based architecture REST/SOAP. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript Library/Frameworks(React/Angular), Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming. 
• Experienced with the Microsoft Azure platform and Hands-on Knowledge of serverless computing (Az Function, LogicApp, ADF, Service Bus, KeyVault) / Knowledge of database development, ideally SQL
• Experience in working with ETL Like Kingsway Soft/Scribe
• Good working Knowledge of ASP. Net/ Core
• Hands-on Experience on CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub Action
• Proficient in Git command
• Knowledge of Omnichannel, PowerApps Portal
• Good English Verbal and written communication
• Exposure to an Agile Development Methodology would be beneficial

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in full software development life cycle in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Azure
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team participation skills are a must.

Preferred Skills:

• MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus).
• Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC.
• Ability to create portals and mobile applications and enablement of web pages for mobile devices.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
