Job Description

We are growing our Change Management team and looking for a Change Manager to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Responsibilities                                          

  • Support development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Hitachi CM offering consistent with the Consensus Project Governance Methodology
  • Coach, mentor and develop consultants in organisational change management related skills
  • Support the projects and project teams as subject matter expert on organisational change management and specific areas focused on Adoption for ERP Programs:
    • Organisation & Culture
    • Business Impacts & Readiness Assessments
    • Learning & Development
    • Engagement & Communications
    • Adoption & Performance
  • Liaise and engage with the client in appropriate manner (on-site and/or remote depending on project and client needs) and be the bridge between the affected interfaces of the client and the internal project team
  • Build rapport on projects with the relevant client interfaces to facilitate organisational changes
  • Provide change readiness assessments for projects and clients and advise/support on improvements
  • Ensure CMT delivery during the project to time, cost and quality
  • Regular on-site meetings to review status of CMT change readiness, risks, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the client
  • Liaison with the allocated Project Manager(s) to ensure internal CMT knowledge is shared within the organisation & to client staff
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing activities around CMT as required
  • To actively seek Case Studies from existing Clients

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities                                           

  • Accountable to the regional CMT Director
  • Accountable for Change Management (CM) related risk management, mitigation measures, issue management on projects
  • Ensure Change management measures are adequately identified, defined, assessed, tracked and executed for the supported projects
  • Ensure CM deliverables are provided within Time, Cost and Quality requirements of the supported projects
  • Ensure the quality of all commercial documents, is of an acceptable standard to the Executive Management team
