Understand the business processes related client systems 
Experience of leading projects D365 / AX 2012 systems,  any other AX versions would be a plus
Ability to engage productively with the customer
Should be proficient in all aspects of Project management like planning, communication, status understanding and reporting etc. 
Ability to plan project using modern tools and also align them with agreed budget and deadlines 
Ability to have the delivery team aligned to project plan 
Should be able to review the work of the team to make sure that he understand the progress correctly 
Good track record as a consultant (when working as a team member)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to grasp business situations and suggest lead for growing the account
 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post Graduate Degree in Business or Information Technology desired
• Must have 7 to 8 years experience working with ERPs
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in multiple full life cycle project implementations as Project Manager
• Dynamics AX certification if prior experience is with Dynamics AX or PMP certification desired
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
