Job Description

Key Accountabilities                                            

  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
  • Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Apps technology solutions
  • Provide hands on technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
  • Write technical specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
  • Execute assigned tasks within a structured support environment and lead consultants in various work streams
  • Analyse customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
  • Translate business requirements into CE technical and configuration requirements
  • Responsible for testing and assisting with documenting the CE configuration

Qualifications

Key Competencies                                              

  • JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET
  • D365 CE/ Power Apps front end customisation
  • Architect / design CE systems, related customizations, portals, and reports
  • D365 CE development or integration best practices
  • Technical design documentation
  • Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
  • SQL Reporting Services
  • SharePoint Services

Additional Information

  • Relevant Microsoft certification
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • English and German language speaking

Role is based  in Sofia, Bulgaria.
