Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Identify and resolve data issues within CRM
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft from a partner perspective
  • Ensure contractual documentation is in place across all commercial engagements
  • Manage license alignment with Microsoft

General Office Administration

  • Manage all aspects of the office environment
  • Ensure the smooth running of all office activities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing office communication and paperwork
  • Support the recruitment of employees (i.e.: reviewing applications, arranging interviews, providing feedback to the applicants)
  • Conducting Induction of the new hires

Key Accountabilities

Sales Administration

  • Manage the process for distribution of legal documents to clients
  • Data steward for internal CRM solution
  • Administer the CRM pipeline reporting to Microsoft
  • Administer Microsoft license alignment process
  • Manage the Microsoft portal administration to ensure compliance with competencies, manage employee profiles
  • ISV Contract Management
  • Manage Co-Sell catalogue with Microsoft

General Administration

  • General office administration
    • Support basic recruitment and HR activities

Qualifications

  • Strong Organisational skills
  • CRM knowledge
  • Experience using sales management software to record daily activities and information
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Office
