Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES

The Telemarketing Executive will support Hitachi Solutions' marketing activities with the goal of identifying sales opportunities, covering multi-country sales in Asia Pacific and Australia/New Zealand region (ANZ). 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for doing the initial engagement with potential clients via phone calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Answer questions about the company, products, and service offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend events and sales presentations.
  • Maintain records of leads/contacts/accounts.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in telemarketing
  • Multi-country inside sales experience in a similar industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is a must
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, collaborative team member
