Job Description

Key Responsibilities                                          

  • Support the projects and project teams as subject matter expert on change management and specific areas focused on:

    • Learning & Development

    • Engagement & Communications

    • Adoption & Performance

  • Liaise and engage with the client in appropriate manner (on-site and/or remote depending on project and client needs) and be the bridge between the affected interfaces of the client and the internal project team

  • Build rapport on projects with the relevant client interfaces to facilitate organisational changes

  • Assist with change readiness assessments for projects and clients and advise/support on improvements

  • Develop project-based T&A WBS with clients, in line with the Consensus methodology, for organisational and behaviour changes needed for best results which is validated and later executed by the client

  • Ensure T&A delivery during the project to time, cost and quality

  • Execute relevant T&A elements according to plan

  • Regular on-site meetings to review status of T&A, change readiness, risks, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the client

  • Liaison with the allocated Project Manager(s) to ensure internal T&A knowledge is shared within the organisation & to client staff

  • Engage in change management activities as required and proactively find opportunities to enhance skills and experience

To actively seek Case Studies from existing Clients

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities                                           

  • Accountable to the regional T&A team lead

  • Ensure T&A measures are adequately identified, defined, assessed, tracked and executed for the supported projects

  • Ensure T&A deliverables are provided within Time, Cost and Quality requirements of the supported projects

  • Ensure the quality of all commercial documents, is of an acceptable standard to the Executive Management team

Additional Information

The Hitachi Solutions Europe office is in London but our client offices are spread throughout the UK so candidates must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week.
