Job Description

CRM Functional

  • Be comfortable working with D365 CE front-end customisation
  • Analyse client business processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify
    opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and understand client functional requirements
  • Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience configuring the application to meet a client’s requirements within a solution
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom
    code
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and
    when custom code is required to enhance a solution
  • Create functional specifications
  • Experience in a support role, or supporting product bugs while on projects
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365
    (functional user training and technical training)
  • Experience designing integrate business processes and data flows between D365 and
    other applications is desirable
  • Functional understanding of Azure services, SharePoint, PowerApps and Flow is desirable
  • Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy

CRM Technical

  • Be comfortable working with D365 CE customisation
  • Experience in a support role, or supporting product bugs while on projects
  • Use of the following programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3
  • Can evidence contribution to designing D365 CE environments, related customisations, portals, and reports
  • Can evidence the execution of CE development or integration in line with best practices
  • Experience writing technical specification documentation
  • Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
  • SQL Reporting Services
  • Have a working knowledge of GIT, along with DevOps experience
  • Experience with Azure services, SharePoint, PowerApps and Flow is desirable
  • Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy

 

 

Additional Information

The Hitachi Solutions Europe office is in London but this role is home based. Our client offices are spread throughout the UK so candidates must be willing to travel to London and other locations within the UK.
