Skills & Experience

•    5+ years of Trade & Logistics, Supply Chain & Advance Warehouse Management, HR, Talent management functional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solutions.
•    3+ years of previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Software
•    Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and quickly understand how our products will add value to client’s business
•    Proven consulting experience
•    Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure
•    Understanding and assimilating information from various sources
•    Being able to recognize and deal with conflict or sensitive situations
•    Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team based consulting environment
•    Accounting qualifications are of great benefit but not necessarily essential
•    Experience designing and coordinating multi-site or multi-country implementations
•    Microsoft Dynamics AX / Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations certification
