Job Description

Hitachi Solutions Europe is seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Technical CRM Consultant to join our innovative team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and make a significant impact on our clients' digital transformation journeys. 

As a Mid-Level Technical CRM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and customisation of CRM solutions for our clients. Your technical expertise will enable you to excel in delivering high-quality solutions that address our clients' unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities                                          

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements, analyse business processes, and design effective CRM solutions.
  • Leverage your proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript to configure and customise CRM applications to align with client-specific needs.
  • Participate in system integration, data migration, and testing activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical support during workshops, training sessions, and post-implementation phases.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

Key Competencies                                           

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Consultant, with a focus on CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop and customise CRM applications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts and functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with clients and project teams.
