To take responsibility for functional analysis, gap fit with Dynamics AX, determining modification requests to Dynamics AX and writing specifications or their development. It is expected that the functional analyst with possess deep knowledge of one or more Dynamics AX modules and significant GL, AP, AR and Bank management experience.
- Work as Lead Business Analyst on the assigned engagement
- Interface with internal business stakeholders to a) understand business solution requirements, b) conduct discovery and analysis, c) recommend systems solutions, and d) lead or assist with the implementation of commercial and custom solutions capable of supporting the business.
- Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics AX fit to customers organization.
- Advise customer organization on Dynamics AX usage and help minimize gaps between standard AX customer’s business process with creative configuration.
- Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
- Prepare functional specification for customizations required for Dynamics AX implementations.
- Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans
- Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support.
- Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
- Degree in Business or Information Technology desired
- WELL-ORGANIZED and SELF-STARTING individual having a minimum of 10 years' overall Enterprise Resource Planning System experience, with most of that experience within a Financial and Accounting, and a minimum 5 years' direct end to end experience using the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP product suite; AX Certification is a plus
- With experience doing hands-on Configuration of Dynamics AX GL, Bank Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management functionality and Thailand Localization experiences.
- STRONG knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 product suite.
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
- Exposure to Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics, Retail POS, Projects and HR would be a plus but not required
- Above Average English and Thai verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Experience in documenting business processes.
- STRONG desire to be a member of a cohesive team.
- RESULTS oriented with a strong commitment to quality and standards implementation.
- Ability to multi-task, adjusts priorities, and work autonomously.
- Locally-based candidates are preferred
