Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES

To be able to effectively provide professional HR services daily and deliver sensible responses and resolutions to employee concerns. The job entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources including but not limited to: employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and office administration.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Displays honest, trustworthy and ethical behavior in all matters
  • Provides leadership and influences others
  • Fosters effective working relationships and builds consensus amongst staff and peers
  • Assists in benefits plan administration including retirement, and insurance
  • Can effectively collaborate with senior leadership, helping manage complex employee relations
  • Mediates and resolves mid-level employee problems and issues
  • Monitors Appraisals, participate in compensation and performance reviews
  • Understands and uses information technology to drive positive process changes
  • Helps direct the operations of the department including vendor relations, process and policy design and development, administration and delivery of services
  • Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as liaison between insurance carriers and employees.
  • Participating in development and execution of orientation programs and procedures for new employees with the help of recruitment team.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and codes of conduct
  • Oversees, Design, Execute Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Corporate Events and Engagement Programs
  • Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues.
  • Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues and escalating them to appropriate management team.
  • Creates and Update D365, Partnersource and other ax accounts
  • Ensures that the HR Database is correct in terms of employee profile (Position, Manager etc)
  • Oversee Employee Database (Sharefolder) and ensure it is updated
  • HRIS Management ( D365, THOR, HCDB)
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in General HR Role (Engagement, Benefits, Payroll, Administration, Performance Management)
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Advanced writing, reading and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills.
  • Good professional appearance.
  • A team player, adaptable to change, with positive attitude
  • Excellent people skills and can handle corporate events
  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources or Business.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years in General Human Resources experience
