Job Description


 To support marketing events and content creation. The Marketing Coordinator should demonstrate strong event coordination and management skills, and strong research and writing skills. Writing experience in the technology industry is not required, but experience in business writing is a definite plus.


  • Schedule, coordinate logistics, and manage in-person events as requested by the sales team.
  • Schedule and coordinate prospect webinars as requested by the sales team. 
  • Drive partnerships with other organizations on marketing initiatives and events. 
  • Write/drive content for blog articles.
  • Assist in drafting press releases.
  • Provide support on other writing, editing, or marketing tasks as needed by the marketing team.


  • Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in journalism/communications/marketing/English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative team member.
