Microsoft Systems/OMS Engineer

The Microsoft Operations Management Suite (OMS) Analyst Intermediate will be a member of the Managed Services team. Responsibilities will include architecture, administration, and maintenance of the OMS deployment, hosted in the OMS tenant cloud space for Adventist Health. Additional responsibilities may include administration, management, and troubleshooting of other enterprise infrastructure monitoring tools, along with required after hours support and on-call duties.

• Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM
• Experience with Operations Management Suite (OMS)
• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
• Design and deployment of Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure AD, RMS, and OMS
• IaaS/SaaS, MS Suite
• Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM
• Ability to write scripts in VBScript or PowerShell
• Manage Integration of infrastructure and network systems management and monitoring toolsets within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment
• Understand and manage cloud/On-Perm services along with the associated Infrastructure, and the specific metrics used to manage their health

Design monitoring solutions (define logical applications, create business transactions, create custom monitors, build dashboards, build reports) for a variety of applications and services that support Client's service portfolio

Any Degree

Senior Technical MSCRM resources with a capability to review the developers code, control and ensure that the code is as per the best industry standards. Field service experience and knowledge will be considered as added advantage.

These resources should be able to suggest a better solution/design for implementing the functions and develop the functions on their own.
