Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our rapidly-growing North America marketing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a variety of digital projects and marketing campaigns, while being part of a fast-growing and recognized enterprise technology solutions provider.  

For this position, we need you to be a tech-savvy digital professional, who also has a passion for the solutions we deliver to our customers, and eager to contribute to our own customer marketing journey.  

Bring an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should also be able to work and communicate well with various teams, including Alliance and Vendor partners, and with a strong eye on quality and excellent time management skills.    You should be confident in your ability to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements, while also learning to grow and contribute to our mutual success.

 

Responsibilities

·       Provide end-to-end digital and marketing campaign project management.

·       Scope project requirements and prepare budget/resource plan.

·       Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.

·       Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.

·       Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.

·       Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.

·       Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics.

·       Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.

·       Highlight potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve issues.

·       Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.

·       Monitor ROI and KPIs, and own their evolution to support our growing business.

Qualifications

· Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager.

· Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics CRM), and digital marketing tools like ClickDimensions.   Preferred familiarity with marketing/project management software, like BaseCamp and JIRA.

· Strong command of SEO and Google Analytics.

· Familiarity with Content Management Systems (preferably WordPress) and HTML CSS.  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Visio.

· An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Communication and team management skills.
