Job Description

This role is intended to work onsite in our Greenville, SC office part-time 8am-1pm, 5 days a week only 

Office Administration Accountabilities:

 

  • Manage Phone, regular mail, email, etc. for Greenville office 
  • Accountable for the managing and purchasing of office supplies and services as required 
  • Schedule weekly grocery shopping and beverage ordering for Greenville office, manage kitchen needs, etc. 
  • Manage couriers, shipping and logistics as needed 
  • Front line for organizing of all invoices for local office and communication with Finance 
  • Accountable for scheduling and logistics for staff meeting, customer visits in office
  • Main contact for Property Management for issues related to local office in Greenville

Travel and Logistics:

 

  • Facilitate scheduling for new hire onboarding including flights, hotels, local transportation
  • Assist in scheduling of local resources for out of town interviews which will include meeting scheduling, flights, hotels, etc. 

Other:

  • Planning of employee events such as holidays, anniversaries, etc. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
     

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Prior experience managing dynamic office environment 
  • Strong MS Office skills including:  Excel, Power Point, etc. 
  • Ability to identify areas of value and taking ownership
