Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES

 

To be able to lead in increasing in sales effectiveness by evaluating and implementing sales technologies.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

▪    Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign

▪    Makes high level initial sales call and gather inputs to qualify the lead

▪    Create contracts that satisfy both company and customer needs

▪    Provide accurate forecasting of future sales and pipelines by recognizing past trends

▪    Outline and define various sales territories

▪    Set strategy and future goals for the sales team

▪    Execute daily operational requirements, solve/respond to concerns in a timely manner

▪    Maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and Customers’ decision makers

▪    Key performance indicators (metrics).

o   Customer-adds

o   Sales Targets

o  Composition of sales targets

Qualifications

▪    Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related field, MBA is an advantage

▪    At least 5 years’ experience in sales operations gained from a related industry

▪    Experience in any CRM, BI or sales analytics systems

▪    Very good negotiation and analytical skills

▪    Excellent English communications skills

▪    Locally-based candidates are preferred
