Job Description

We are looking for Infrastructure Team Lead with Microsoft infrastructure installation & configuration experience to support Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM Infrastructure. This person will be responsible for planning, installing and configuring various Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM solution components from project initiation through production & post go live support. Also manage the local office Infrastructure. 

This includes planning as well as day to day activities. This person will also be responsible for providing inputs to the Project Manager for Infrastructure Implementation & Support Updates and assist with the Account Management.

Skill Set Required:

  • Demonstrated track record of Microsoft Infrastructure Consulting in a lead capacity.
  • Confirms project requirements by studying user requirements; conferring with others on project team.
  • Perform regular analysis on all application software for organization.
  • Certified on Microsoft Platform & Technologies
  • Specific experience with structured installation & configuration methodologies.
  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
  • Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Self-motivated to perform effectively and provide accurate results.
  • Manage internal infrastructure and other internal related tasks.
  • Provide system and network administration support internally and externally
  • Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Firewall knowledge and manage local office network including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, backup strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and project management.
  • Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports, develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
  • Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
  • Manage the server deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Applicants with prior Dynamics AX and CRM installation experience is desirable. Such candidates are expected to possess below additional skills:
    • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Installation & Configuration.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Information Technology desired.
  • Must have 4 to 5 years hands on working with Microsoft Technologies with minimum 2 years in a position where significant responsibilities were managed directly by the candidate.
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Dynamics AX Certifications in one or more areas if prior experience is with Dynamics AX.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
