JOB OBJECTIVES

Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics ERP Project Engagements. This person will be responsible for building out the Agriculture Industry Practice at Hitachi Solutions. The Industry lead is responsible for conceptualizing the solution vision for the Agriculture ERP, executing on that vision, meeting prospecting customers, demonstrating industry expertise in those meetings and be able to build a $4Mn practice. This person should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize and design the Agriculture Industry ERP solution and take it to the next level
• Meet with prospective customers to demonstrate industry expertise and to walk through the solutions
• Win deals in the Agriculture & Food Processing space
• Oversee delivery of projects in the Agriculture and Food vertical and act as the business sponsor of the projects by validating the project solution design and providing industry guidance to the team
• Speak at Industry Events to drive awareness and leads
• This position would require travel to Customer Locations within SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

SKILL SET REQUIRED

• At least 3 years of Business Process Re-engineering or Business Process Transformation expertise.
• Experience with ERP implementations is highly desirable
• Industry knowledge
• Ability to create solution design documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Masters in Agriculture or equivalent desired
• At least 8 years of experience in the Agriculture and Food Processing Industry
• Excellent English language verbal and written communications skills.
