Job Description

Successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline

Minimum of 1 year of experience either professional or via internship/coop opportunities in a related occupation such as application development or support 

Experience with one of the following:
o    Experience with Dynamics CRM or similar product including Salesforce, Netsuite CRM, etc.
o    Experience with Dynamics AX or related product such as Great Plains, Oracle, SAP, etc.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience two of the following areas:
o    Business Analysis – requirement gathering and documentation
o    Testing – UAT preferred
o    Hands on development experience with Microsoft tools including:  C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server


Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating business process and recommending improvements
Prior experience working with Enterprise Software solutions
Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating new techniques and utilizing the key elements
Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Prepared for some domestic and international travel as required
