Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support
development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Hitachi L&D offering consistent with the T&A capabilityCoach, mentor and develop consultants in Learning and development and organisational change management related skills
Support the projects and project teams as subject matter expert on learning and development specific areas focused on: Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy and Implementation plans, Training materials development, Training delivery, including e-learning, Training Assessment and development
Design, commission and deliver as appropriate corporate learning activities across the HITACHI
business; supporting the development of senior/executive learning across HitachiDemonstrate understanding of the factors in Systems implementations impacting on client
success and deliveryEnsure learning interventions meet compliance, skills, and T&C requirements. In addition, L&D solutions should support the business strategy, messaging, and desired behaviours
Build rapport on projects with the relevant client interfaces to facilitate organisational changes
Develop project-based L&D WBS with clients, in line with the Consensus methodology, to take into account organisational and behaviour changes needed for best results which is validated and later executed by the client
Regular on-site meetings to review status of Training, strategy, approach, schedules, issues and litigation measures jointly with the client
Liaison with the allocated Project Manager(s) to ensure internal T&A knowledge is shared within the organisation & to client staff
Supporting Sales and Marketing activities around Training as required To actively seek Case Studies from existing Clients
Qualifications
Key Competencies:
Credible client facing personality
7-10+ years of relevant work experience (Learning and development, organisational change management, international PM)
Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Up to date knowledge of Learning and development methodologies and issues
Exhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams
and clientsResults-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking
Proven ability to build C- / top-management level rapport
General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, conflict management, business
case developmentStrong theoretical and applied experience in learning and development, organisational,
business and behavioural change and relevant methodologies
Knowledge and experience of:
Front and back office business system implementations
Strong MS Office application experience
Dynamics 365 Operations (AX)
Experience with LCMS
Familiarity with other relevant software packages such as Adobe Captivate, Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop
English (Must)
French and German (strong plus)
CMI, APMG, PROSCI and related change management qualifications (plus)
Additional Information
The Hitachi Solutions Europe office is in London but our client offices are spread throughout the UK so candidates must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week.
