Job Description

  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Hitachi OCM
    offering consistent with the Consensus Project Governance Methodology

  • Support the projects and project teams as subject matter expert on Organisational
    Change

  • Liaise and engage with the client in appropriate manner (on-site and/or remote
    depending on project and client needs) and be the bridge between the affected
    interfaces of the client and the internal project team

  • Build rapport on projects with the relevant client interfaces to facilitate
    organisational changes

  • Provide change readiness assessments for projects and clients and advise/support on
    improvements

  • Develop project-based OCM WBS with clients, in line with the Consensus methodology, for
    organisational and behaviour changes needed for best results which is validated
    and later executed by the client

  • Ensure OCM delivery during the project to time, cost and quality

  • Regular on-site meetings to review status of OCM, change readiness, risks, issues and
    mitigation measures jointly with the client

  • Liaison with the allocated Project Manager(s) to ensure internal OCM knowledge is
    shared within the organisation & to client staff

  • Supporting Sales and Marketing activities around OCM as required

  • To actively seek Case Studies from existing Clients
