Job Description

The CRM Delivery Coordinator provides support to the CRM Delivery Executives across North America including: resource pool management, operational reporting, communication and practice management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for the CRM resource pool in North America and its dedicated GDC team.
• Manage weekly resource call. Ensure that work plans and project forecasts are accurate.
• Work with Consulting Principals to fill resource requests. Use CRM to match skills to needs.
• Work with Consultants to ensure that skill profiles are up to data and accurate.
• Work with Managers and Consultants to ensure that all Hitachi Profiles are updated quarterly
• Produce operational reports weekly to track backlog and forecast.
• Track weekly timesheet submission compliance and follow up as needed.
• Work with Operations Manager to pull monthly forecast and update scorecard.
• Work with HR, Finance and the leadership teams as directed by CRM Executives
• Provide internal support to day to day business operations in the local office as needed

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience providing support to Delivery Executives including strong Excel, CRM, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Prior experience managing a multi-region resource pool (or similar management experience).
  • Prior experience compiling, presenting and tracking business metrics at weekly, monthly and quarterly and intervals.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to identify and work with different audiences
  • Ability to multi-task, take on new challenges
  • Ability to identify new and key areas to provide value without assignment
