Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Hitachi OCM offering consistent with the Consensus Project Governance Methodology 
  • Support the projects and project teams as subject matter expert on Organisational Change 
  • Liaise and engage with the client in appropriate manner (on-site and/or remote depending on project and client needs) and be the bridge between the affected interfaces of the client and the internal project team
  • Build rapport on projects with the relevant client interfaces to facilitate organisational changes
  • Provide change readiness assessments for projects and clients and advise/support on improvements
  • Develop project-based OCM WBS with clients, in line with the Consensus methodology, for organisational and behaviour changes needed for best results which is validated and later executed by the client
  • Ensure OCM delivery during the project to time, cost and quality
  • Regular on-site meetings to review status of OCM, change readiness, risks, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the client
  • Liaison with the allocated Project Manager(s) to ensure internal OCM knowledge is shared within the organisation & to client staff
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing activities around OCM as required
  • To actively seek Case Studies from existing Clients

Qualifications

Key competencies:

  • Credible client facing personality
  • 3-5 years of OCM practice experience
  • Exhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients
  • Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Strong theoretical and applied experience on organisational, business and behavioural change and relevant methodologies 
  • Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation
  • General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, conflict management, business case development, analytical and structured working

Knowledge and experience of:

  • Front and back office business system implementations 
  • Reporting business systems implementations
  • Strong MS Office application experience.

Additional Information

The Hitachi Solutions Europe office is in London but our client offices are spread throughout the UK so candidates must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week.
