9+ years of IT Services experience, 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, 3+ years of experience as a CRM Technical Architect. Should have client facing experience, preferably a mix of domestic and international ones.

Good experience of designing and architecting scalable, secure, high response time CRM solutions to be deployed on cloud
Solid understanding and experience of customization techniques in Microsoft Dynamics CRM viz. Plug Ins, JavaScript, Workflow Assemblies, SSRS reports
Significant experience in design and implementation of integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and external applications like ERP, Portal etc
Solid understanding of SOA, Web Services
Hands on, willing to roll up sleeves and code if needed
Ability to mentor, guide junior technical developers to design, build, test customizations
Well aware of performance related aspects, performance testing
