Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
Lead technical design sessions; document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the MSCRM platform
Manage technical scopes and client expectations
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
Demonstrate technical thought leadership
Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
Provide detailed estimates
Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on CRM projects
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems6+ years of CRM industry experience
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform experience (6+ years preferred)Extensive ASP.NET (C#) development experience within the Dynamics SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA and REST endpoints
Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
Strong knowledge of OOAD, database design, and Software Design patterns such as MVC, N-Tier, Test Driven Development, and Dependency Injection
Previous experience in implementing technologies such as MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, RESTful API’s, XML, XSL, WCF and SOAP
Deep technical understanding of MSCRM is a must.
Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of CRM 2015 would be a plus
- Certification on CRM 2013 / 2015 would be a plus.
