Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager, Large Enterprise New is responsible for creating and executing appropriate sales activities to contribute to the overall sales goals for the region. The key objectives of the role include managing all sales activities in an assigned territory with a focus on a set number or larger strategic accounts and existing customers. The territories will be assigned based on industry sector and the RSM will require both sector specific knowledge as well as HireVue knowledge to be successful in the role. In addition to having strong sales and prospecting ability, the RSM will also need to be self driven, organized, professional, and disciplined while being able to operate in a fast paced environment. Experience in effectively operating in or managing large accounts, interacting with enterprise VP and C-Level contacts, as well as experience in solution based selling are critical for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop and close sales opportunities on a quarterly quota
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for key accounts (Customers)
  • Work closely with other teams to drive adoption and growth in your accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales activities (cold calling, qualifying key opportunities, qualifying incoming leads) and revenue targets in your market segment
  • Generate a pipeline of 4-5 times your quarterly quota
  • Create, manage, and review individual opportunity action plans
  • Guide a team of internal subject matter experts throughout the sales life cycle to deliver effective virtual and onsite presentations
  • Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives and quotas
  • Continually maintain an accurate forecast and robust pipeline of sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in carrying a sales quota
  • 2+ years experience in the HRTech or TA Consulting selling SaaS
  • Good business acumen
  • Experience with basic contracts, negotiation and pricing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of sales and prospecting methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.
