Job Description

As part of the technology team, the Technology Project Manager (TPM) position at HireVue is the perfect role for an organized and motivated individual who is looking for a growth opportunity in technology!

At HireVue, the TPM will assist leaders and members of the team by managing planning, tasks, and projects. The TPM will aid with tracking and resource planning for various projects, as well as provide coordination, prioritization and administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and technology leadership team while maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information. 

As a TPM at HireVue, you will be expected to:

  • Track and report on projects and tasks across the Technology team, ensuring proper follow-up and communicating delays of project phases to key stakeholders
  • Work with Technology leadership to develop work plans for all project activities and provide support where needed
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities as they work to complete projects
  • Facilitate approvals and management of document flows
  • Support team members with their administrative needs; manage complex calendars, book domestic and international travel arrangements, reconcile expense reports, process payment of reimbursements as needed
  • Initiate and draft internal and external communications
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare leadership team meetings and other meetings, both in-person and virtual; reserve meeting space and equipment, prepare the budget, negotiate with vendors and partially participate in an administrative capacity by taking minutes and documenting actions for follow-up 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience in project management
  • Certificates in Project Management preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience working with and managing professionals who you don’t officially manage
  • Proficiency in project tracking software tools
  • Ability to work within established guidelines and procedures
  • Proficient time management and organization skills
  • Desire to identify an issue and implement a solution
