Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst at HireVue is pivotal in supporting and optimizing the company's revenue processes. As a Revenue Operations Analyst within our Revenue Operations and Renewals team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance revenue-generating strategies. Your expertise in data analysis, sales compensation, and process optimization will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for revenue growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring accurate reporting. Through your meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset, you will contribute to the overall success of HireVue by providing actionable insights and implementing best practices across the revenue operations landscape.

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze revenue-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and dashboards of key performance metrics to provide insights on revenue performance to stakeholders. Manage revenue analytics and provide detailed and accurate revenue metrics to measure the effectiveness of the revenue team and ROI of new initiatives
  • Develop pipeline analysis and revenue forecasts, models, and scenarios to support strategic decision-making. Provide accurate revenue projections and assist in planning processes
  • Create and manage the administration of sales compensation plans and policy documents. Calculate and communicate commissions, bonuses, and incentives for the revenue organization
  • Create and maintain accurate sales territories in Salesforce
  • Play a key role in quarterly/annual planning processes and target setting and quota creation
  • Coordinate with Finance, Customer, Marketing and other departments to prove meaningful reporting, metrics and analysis that delivers keys business insights
  • Prepare analysis and slides for various initiatives, Quarterly Business Reviews, Operations Reviews, and Board Meetings
  • Collaborate with others to ensure the ongoing integrity of the revenue data within our systems

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, sales compensation or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret large amounts of complex data and generate actionable insights for decision making
  • A minimum of 5 years of data analytics, reporting and interpretation experience with an advanced understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or comparable data analysis/visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and other revenue productivity tools
  • Solid understanding of financial and recurring revenue principles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively
