Job Description

Role Summary

 

The Head of Partner & Channel Development is an individual contributor role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partner organizations to drive revenue growth and create new business opportunities.  In this role, you will be 

 

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Workday with a focus on driving incremental and net new revenue opportunities through introductions and influence 
     
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our primary ATS Integration Ecosystem Partners (i.e Workday, SAP, Smartrecruiters) being most important, with our primary Reseller Ecosystem Partners (i.e Eightford, Beamery; with our primary SI Ecosystem Partners (Deloitte, Accenture, AMS) with a focus on driving incremental and net new revenue opportunities through introductions and influence 
     
  3. Developing and implementing marketing and promotional activities with partners to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  4. Providing regular reporting and updates to executive leadership on partnership performance and results.
     
  5. Collaborating with Marketing to work to get HireVue into our partners Go-to-Market HCM/HR Recruiting service offerings 
     
  6. Working to highly influential client-facing HR practitioners within our partner ecosystem channel 
    • Recognize, engage, & empower an elite group of highly influential client-facing HR practitioners within the target GTM partners
    • Enable these practitioners as we would our own solution architects
    • Provide direct access to the core team (i.e IO leader & CTO) and internal information 
    • Support partner in responding to their client needs faster with a more proven solution powered by HireVue
    • Support sales cycle by ensuring strong collaboration at an account/project level to help reduce project risk for the partner

 

 

 

Reporting to the CRO, this is a critical role that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally, to help us achieve our objective and drive meaningful value within the Workday customer base and across our other channel partners.

 

 

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The temperament and experience to drive revenue in a startup like environment. Hungry, humble and smart!
  • 10+ years of Enterprise consultant and strategic sales relations experience  
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to demonstrate an existing network of key contacts across channel partners and major consulting firms such as EY, Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, Workday, SmartRecruiters
  • Professional market-facing skills. Must be polished, articulate and credible when communicating with partners in business and social settings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with how software is built and a deep appreciation for the responsibility that comes with influencing a product roadmap.
  • Ability to both disagree and handle disagreement graciously--better still, to be able to learn from it.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams in a productive manner.
