Job Description

This role is responsible for leading ATS integration work streams within larger projects, and might also lead stand-alone integration projects. Implementing integrations requires a solution mindset with experience in data and system integrations and the ability to collaborate across a project team of consultants and project managers.

The Integrations Consultant reports directly to the Director of Integration Consulting and works closely with the entire services team. This is a customer-facing consulting role that will give you the opportunity to provide process consulting to our customers, as well as to stretch your technical expertise as you configure the integration to establish communication between our systems and the customer’s ATS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers on best practices for process and configuration relevant to integration of customer Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with HireVue products.
  • Consult with customers on factors impacting integrations with systems including but not limited to Workday, Taleo, ORC, SuccessFactors, BrassRing, iCIMS, and others.
  • Configure integrations between HireVue products and customer ATS
  • Provide data quality reviews, develop complex files, and map customer data creating business logic to facilitate both a chatbot conversation and the integration of information to the HireVue systems
  • Deliver technical support during implementation, including integration connection triage
  • Provide feedback to your manager on ways to enhance integration solutions and processes..
  • Update technical documentation for internal and external use
  • Provide optimization recommendations to HireVue customers regarding how to best leverage integrations with existing partners
  • Perform Unit and Integration testing, and other aspects of quality assurance including client validation
  • Support Professional Services & Customer Success teams by leading integration discussions
  • Perform other duties as required or needed to support the Professional Services team

To successfully execute these functions you will need:

  • Ability to translate easily between business and technical requirements.
  • Strong experience working with third parties in a SaaS environment to configure integrations and mutually achieve customer success.
  • Comfortable working with SQL and JSON
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including: Web APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, SFTP, Browser dev tools.
  • Strong problem solving and technical solutioning skills
  • Ability to collaborate and review code with other members on the team to ensure each solution meets technical standards as defined by system requirements
  • Strong experience mapping workflows and customer processes, along with configuration in a SaaS application.
  • Some experience navigating and learning online systems such as project management software, HCM technology, SalesForce, and SaaS applications. Experience working with HireVue solutions is a bonus.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables with little or no direction

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing technical solutions including system integrations across: Workday, Taleo, ORC, SuccessFactors, BrassRing, iCIMS and other ATS. Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience in Professional Services working on Enterprise level projects in a technical consulting capacity
  • Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting involving code, error messages, and across multiple systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical experience configuring software, specifically integrations
  • Technical aptitude for managing integration risks
  • Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
  • Focus on achieving rapid results
  • Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of technical projects cross-functionally
