Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will assist with the development, implementation, and administration of HireVue’s compensation and benefits programs. This position will partner with HR leadership to establish structure, policies, and procedures meant to make HireVue a great place to work and attract, retain, and motivate top talent to its workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation:
- Examine and evaluate employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure all programs are fulfilling their objectives to attract, retain, and motivate team members
- Assist with the annual pay analysis process to ensure pay alignment with company philosophies and strategies
- Administer the pay change policies and processes associated with the annual pay analysis process, promotions, demotions, and transfers/lateral moves
- Maintain a database of all job descriptions.

Benefits:
- Partner with benefits brokers in the administration of health and welfare programs including health, disability, health spending accounts, and life insurance. Facilitate implementation and enrollment for insurance and retirement plans
- Assist with the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to team members; including being the first point of contact for benefit questions, invoices and monthly audits
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations
- Experience with the following programs is a plus:
- COBRA
- International health reimbursements
- Leave of Absence Program

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst and/or a Benefits Specialist
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills required
- Familiarity of quantitative and qualitative research methods preferred
- Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices required
