Job Description

The IO Psychology Consultant works as part of the global IO Psychology team. In this role, you will be responsible for data analysis and on-going criterion validation support. You will support our global customers to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations that highlight the value and success of our video-based and game-based assessments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and visualizations that demonstrate value and success of the customer’s selection system

  • Clearly communicate and present findings in a way that enables internal and external teams to make data-driven decisions and take action on results 

  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to conduct and manage ongoing criterion validation studies, including adverse impact analyses 

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven success in developing analysis from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong capabilities in building and explaining visual representation of data

  • Excellent presentation and design skills, specifically written and verbal communication to an executive audience

  • Ability to utilize data to demonstrate ROI pre and post implementation 

  • Ability to present results to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Knowledge of EEO compliance and regulations on selection systems

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g, Python, R, Tableau, etc.), preferred

  • Graduate degree in IO Psych or a related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • IO Psychology Consultants are expected to travel occasionally to support customer meetings, attend trade shows, etc.
