We are looking for a driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join HireVue. You will handle key aspects of the accounts receivable function in supporting HireVue's global business. You are right for this role if you are passionate about adding value to an organization and want to take the next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts receivable functions, including the preparation and sending of customer invoices and related follow up for payment

• Settle monthly collections goals and striving to achieve those goals 

• Tackle month-end close tasks including reconciliations

• Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analysis as required 

• Prepare schedules for financial statement audits

• Complete other accounting/finance projects as necessary

• Other duties as assigned 

• 1 - 3 years accounts receivable experience. Additional prior accounting experience is a plus. 

• You know your way around Excel.  Pivot Table, no problem.  VLOOKUP, I got this.  SUMIFS, of course.  OFFSET, ok, maybe not, but you can Google it.  

• You lean forward, you ask thoughtful and abundant questions, and you play really well with a team.

• You can talk to strangers, friends, and colleagues with ease - you are comfortable with persistent professional communication and follow-up with our customers and throughout the organization. 

• You are adamant about getting the details right – your work for HireVue will play a fundamental role in our success.  The whole business depends on the accuracy of your work.

• You have a working knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite & Tesorio experience would be a plus).

• SaaS experience would be the frosting on top.
