Job Description
At HireVue, we are working to help companies and job candidates find the right fit faster with conversational AI, video interviews, coding challenges, and game-based assessments. HireVue’s Hiring Assistant chatbot product is an exciting addition to the HireVue portfolio. Implementing the product requires a solution mindset with experience in data and system integrations and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed project team of consultants and project managers.
This role is responsible for leading data and system integration work streams within larger projects, and might also lead small stand-alone projects. In this customer-facing consulting role you will have the opportunity to provide process and data consulting to our customers, as well as stretch your technical expertise as you configure against our Hiring Assistant products and establish communication between our systems and the customer’s ATS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consult with customers on best practices for process and configuration relevant to data integrations with Hiring Assistant products and a customer’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Provide data quality reviews, develop complex files, and map customer data creating business logic to facilitate both a chatbot conversation and the integration of information to the HireVue systems
Consult with customers on factors impacting integrations with systems including but not limited to Taleo, BrassRing, Workday, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, and others.
Configure integrations between HireVue products and customer ATS
Deliver technical support during implementation, including integration configuration connection triage
Provide feedback to your manager on ways to enhance integration solutions and processes.
Update technical documentation for internal and external use
Perform Unit and Integration testing, and other aspects of quality assurance including client validation
Support Professional Services & Customer Success teams by leading technical discussions
Perform other duties as required or needed to support the Professional Services team
To successfully execute these functions you will need:
Experience working with SQL and JSON
API knowledge and experience including working with systems such as Postman and Insomnia
Familiarity with technical concepts including: Web APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, SFTP, Browser dev tools
Strong problem solving and technical solutioning skills
Ability to translate easily between business and technical requirements.
Experience navigating and learning online systems such as project management software, HCM technology, SalesForce, and SaaS applications. Experience working with the HireVue solution is a bonus.
Comfortable working with third parties in a SaaS environment to configure integrations and mutually achieve customer success.
Ability to collaborate with other members on the team to ensure each solution meets technical standards as defined by system requirements
Experience mapping workflows and customer processes, along with configuration in a SaaS application.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables with little or no direction
A focus on execution with the ability to self-manage through ambiguity

Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing technical solutions including system integrations across: Taleo, BrassRing, Workday, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, and other ATS. Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
Experience in Professional Services working on Enterprise level projects in a technical consulting capacity
Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting involving error messages, and across multiple systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Technical experience configuring software, specifically integrations
Technical aptitude for managing integration risks
Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
Focus on achieving rapid results
