As a Business Intelligence Analyst at HireVue you will sit on the Business Intelligence team as a key player in promoting a data driven culture and specialize in providing advanced analytics for key business decisions in the Sales and Marketing departments. You will wrangle and visualize data in a way so that end users can quickly understand business needs and use it to then make informed decisions. You will spend time working with everyone from account executives to top-level management. Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary to succeed. This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work on many different projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing management to define business objectives, correctly and efficiently pull data that follow those objectives, and visualize that data in a way that is easy to understand 

• Work to become a subject matter expert in order to provide strategic directives 

• Act as a team member for long-term projects to promote automation and efficiency of data processes 

• Understand Tableau and data visualization best practices 

• Experience maintaining and scaling large projects in Tableau 

• Anticipate the needs of end users and provide solutions on how BI can aid Sales and Marketing teams

• Provide a high level of customer service in responding to issues regarding legacy dashboards and reports. Proactively work to improve legacy reports that are used regularly 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Technology or related field

• 3+ years of experience providing analytics

• Experience in SaaS Pipeline and Bookings reporting

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data warehousing

• Advanced Tableau knowledge

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce data

• Ability to analyze data and translate it to business decisions to positively impact a core enterprise software business

• Enthusiasm to collaborate with and challenge senior level peers, managers, and executives
