Job Description

Audit Manager - CPA Required

As an Audit Manager, you will manage assurance-related deliverables, including reviews, agreed-upon procedures, compilation of financial statements, and various letters and reports to management and third parties for multiple clients and engagements.

Your responsibilities include practice management activities, engaging in activities to enhance overall economics, developing individual expertise, enhancing overall client service, and developing professional staff. 

You will communicate with clients beyond the course of engagements and are expected to be an advisor, bringing significant value to the relationship.

Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues and delivering services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a graduate degree in Law
  • A U.S. CPA certification or licensed attorney status
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience in public accounting
  • Experience managing budgets and projects
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a foundation of strong work ethic and a desire to lead by example
  • The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into clients' teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to leadership
  • The flexibility to constantly learn and the desire to lead, grow and impact the team
