This is an on-site position.  Remote will not be considered.

The Accounting Associate is responsible for the execution of the processes for all client-related deliverables, including support reviews, agreed-upon procedures, compilation of financial statements, cost reporting, payroll services, and various letters and reports to management and third parties for multiple clients and engagements.

Everything you do will come back to providing exceptional services for clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues and delivering accounting services to clients. You will become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact our clients’ well-being.  Your leadership will make a difference in the lives of others. 

• QBO ProAdvisor Certification
• 5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business discipline
• Leadership and proven project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to leadership
• The flexibility to constantly learn and the desire to lead, grow and impact our people
