Our client, an innovative first-of-its-kind technology startup is seeking their very first Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join the team in Plano.

You will be helping the company by managing the office and supporting the founders and key team members.

As the Office Manager and main administrative support to both the CEO and COO, you will play an important part in the growth of the company.

You will oversee and support all administrative duties and ensure that the office is operating smoothly, manage the office budget, support the CEO & COO in every business way possible, and successfully triage external issues, questions, and requests from investors and clients quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or something similar. Degree or similar experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask with changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little supervision.
  • Success in office organization at prior companies. Ability to manage projects and initiatives of various sizes. PMP or other project management qualification a bonus. Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with C-level and other senior leaders as well as internal and external partners.
  • Ability and interest to learn and understand our business to help prioritize meetings and tasks for the CEO & COO.
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated experience with general office technology (Asana, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign).
  • High integrity and moral compass. Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with the highest discretion.
  • Self-starter who has the proven ability and eagerness to take on additional tasks as needed. Impressive energy resources and the ability to both sprint and run marathon races.
  • A well-developed sense of humor.
