Job Description

HCBDD in Hillsboro is currently hiring a Home Visitor for the Help Me Grow home visitation program in the Adams and Brown County area. The ideal candidate will reside in Adams or Brown county areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to home visitation, parent education of families with children in the birth to three year population. Willingness to work from home in a home-based office setting is a must. You must also be willing to visit families participating in the program virtually and at their homes. Skills/Training:  Must be eligible for credentialing under ODH rules, must attend all state mandated trainings and additional trainings as deemed appropriate by Manager.

Qualifications

Licensed Social Worker or Registered Nurse with a minimum of an associate degree (bachelor degree preferred) with experience in case management, ability to maintain a caseload, and meet mandates and timelines.

Additional Information

 Individual must be able to pass BCI and FBI criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; pass a preemployment drug screen, physical and TB test, and have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and a satisfactory MVR CORSA score.
