What Will You Do?

• Set the Strategy: Design enterprise Data & AI strategies that use Generative AI to drive real business growth.

• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex banking needs into clear AI solutions that deliver value.

• Advise Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI.

• Lead the Vision: Own the "big picture" for AI products, ensuring business and technical teams stay aligned.

• Plan the Roadmap: Build execution plans and oversee projects to ensure they hit business targets.

• Drive Adoption: Oversee the rollout of AI tools, making sure they are successfully integrated and used by the bank.

• Grow the Business: Help develop new AI services and market strategies for the financial sector.

What You Need to Apply:

• Experience: 4–5 years in management consulting or product leadership (preferably in Data/AI).

• Strategic AI Insight: A continuously evolving grasp of the Data & GenAI landscape, with a proven ability to translate emerging capabilities into tangible business value.

• Executive Presence: Proven experience advising C-level leaders and managing senior stakeholders.

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities.

• Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for high-level audiences.

• Mindset: Fluent in English, highly proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
