Job Description

What Will You Do?

  • Client-Centric Leadership: Lead by example with a passion for excellence, ensuring that the customer’s success remains the focal point while driving both sales growth and high-quality project delivery.

  • Strategic Sales Integration: Partner with sales teams from the initial discovery phase. Your goal is to deeply understand the client’s business landscape, define what success looks like for them, and ensure our solutions consistently outperform expectations.

  • Expansion & Value Creation: Proactively identify new service opportunities by uncovering untapped use-cases. You must be able to clearly communicate the business impact and ROI of service extensions or additional offerings to the client.

  • End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Act as the primary Engagement Manager for your portfolio. You are fully accountable for hitting and exceeding Professional Services and Training targets, including both bookings and overall revenue.

  • Impactful Storytelling: Confidently present relevant success stories and service portfolios. Use proven metrics and case studies to illustrate the tangible value we bring to our partners.

  • Consultative Scoping & Planning: Act as a strategic advisor to analyze project scope, timelines, and costs. You will be responsible for technical/effort estimation and the drafting of comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW).

  • Delivery Governance: Take ownership of resolving challenges during the implementation phase. You will manage resource allocation, navigate scope changes, and balance stakeholder expectations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

What You Need to Apply

  • Proven background in Data & AI, with a track record of partnering with clients to transition theoretical concepts into fully operational, value-driving production environments.

  • Extensive experience in high-level, client-facing positions. You should be adept at balancing stakeholder validation, complex negotiations, and the tactical execution of projects.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conversations across all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives, both within our organization and externally.

  • Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients.

  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory

  • A documented history of identifying specific client pain points and successfully deploying solutions that address those needs.

  • Ability to enforce good project governance and drive delivery excellence

  • Advanced skills in service delivery and program coordination. You can translate high-level customer success goals into actionable, structured roadmaps that guarantee results.

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate project effort, resource requirements, and overall service scope.
